This policy explains what personal data ZywOo Technologies(“ZywOo”, “we”) collects through zywoo.in, why, and the choices you have. We are based in India and handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email address or phone number, what you are interested in, your message, and any campaign tags in the page link (for example utm_source) that show how you found us.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- When you visit: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, which our hosting provider processes to deliver the site and keep it secure. We also use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without cookies and without identifying you.
Our free tools
Prism and the CSV and Excel chart tool run inside your browser. The files you open are not uploaded to our servers. Prism loads open-source code libraries from a public content network (jsDelivr), which, like any website, sees your IP address when your browser requests them. If you give Prism a link to online data, your browser fetches it directly.
How we use it
- To reply to you and discuss the work you asked about.
- To provide services you engage us for.
- To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and to keep the site secure.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the site and reply to you, such as hosting, email and the system that stores enquiries. They may process data outside India and may use it only on our instructions. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it erased, or withdraw your consent, and you can raise a grievance with us. Write to hello@zywoo.inwith “Privacy” in the subject. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
