Case study: Agent OS
41 drafts sent for sign-off, each one checked by a second AI first
An international school, India
By the ZywOo editorial team · Published · How we check facts
An international school wanted help with social media without risking a wrong fact or an off-brand post. Every draft we write is checked by a second, separate AI for facts, tone and the school's rules, then read by a person, before it goes to the school for sign-off. 41 drafts have gone to the school this way.

The challenge
A school's posts are read by parents, students and staff. A wrong date or a careless line costs trust.
The school wanted to approve every post, but without spending its time correcting basic mistakes.
What we did
- Saved the school's facts, voice and rules in Agent OS, so every draft starts from them.
- Had a second AI review each draft against those facts and rules, and a person read it, before the school saw it.
- Sent the drafts to the school for sign-off. Nothing goes out without the school's yes.
Where it stands
How the posts perform will be added here when the school agrees to share it.
